St. Joseph the Worker is creating its own Vacation Bible School for the summer of 2021. I was tasked with creating a brand identity for the event. I used the theme "Geologists for Jesus" as my base. After some consideration, I decided to use the game Minecraft as inspiration and came up with the following:
As public Masses resume, I designed the following graphics and posters to convey important info to parishioners regarding new safety precautions. Coronavirus New Normal PosterDownload Coronavirus Live Streamed MassDownload Coronavirus Mass Times + Church HoursDownload Face Masks SignDownload
St. Joseph the Worker is implementing something called the Amazing Parish initiative. This makes changes to the leadership structure and decision-making process within the parish to make it more efficient and more focused on inviting new people to join. I used Illustrator to design the following logo for the AP initiative and leadership team.
St. Joseph the Worker has launched a capital campaign to refund needed improvements to repair and prevent water damage to buildings on the campus. They named this campaign "Every Drop Counts." I used Adobe Illustrator to design the following logo for the campaign. So parishioners can easily identify communications as being related to the campaign
St. Joseph the Worker has a sister parish in Gonaives, Haiti called St. Therese of the Child Jesus. I used Illustrator to create a logo for St. Therese in French, Haiti's official language. I paired this logo with the logo for St. Joseph the Worker. I use this graphic with any news about St. Therese to help catch parishioners' attention.
On Monday nights, St. Joseph the Worker has something called "Walk in the Word." Participants gather to reflect on the previous weekend's Gospel and Homily. I used Illustrator to create a logo for Walk in the Word and used InDesign to create this graphic to share with parishioners so they knew which days and at which times Walk in the Word meets.
