St. Joseph the Worker has a sister parish in Gonaives, Haiti called St. Therese of the Child Jesus. I used Illustrator to create a logo for St. Therese in French, Haiti's official language. I paired this logo with the logo for St. Joseph the Worker. I use this graphic with any news about St. Therese to help catch parishioners' attention.
On Monday nights, St. Joseph the Worker has something called "Walk in the Word." Participants gather to reflect on the previous weekend's Gospel and Homily. I used Illustrator to create a logo for Walk in the Word and used InDesign to create this graphic to share with parishioners so they knew which days and at which times Walk in the Word meets.
SJTW does preaching series where the parish spends a few weeks doing a deep dive into a certain topic and the sermons all follow a theme chosen by a team. The theme for Advent was “Make Room.” I used InDesign to design the image and logo for the series. This image was shared online and on the screens in the church and served as the identity for the theme to help parishioners connect the messages together. The Dubuque Area Youth Ministers hosted a Christmas part at St. Joseph the Worker in December of 2018. I designed three images and flyers for the Dubuque area parishes to use to inform their parishioners about the party. The three images and flyers have distinct characters to them so that the parishes can choose which they think will be most effective in reaching their youth. St. Joseph the Worker's annual Christian Experience Weekends will be the last weekend in February and the first weekend in March. The theme for this year is "Come to the Table." I designed the CEW logo in Illustrator and created the below graphic in InDesign to let parishioners know of the dates.

On World Suicide Prevention Day, I created the following graphic on InDesign and shared it on Facebook. The purpose is to help parishioners who may be struggling with mental health problems know where they can turn for help if they are having a crisis.

In the summer of 2018, I redesigned St. Joseph the Worker's website. I created the following graphic to inform parishioners of the coming redesign and that the website would be down while the new site was launched. I used Photoshop to place a screenshot of the new website on the screen of the laptop. I then added text and the SJTW logo. theworker.org
